TrampolineAndMore (“Trampoline” or “Company”) warrants certain product
to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use
and conditions for the duration of the period outlined below FROM THE
DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. This Limited Warranty is not transferrable
and is available only for the original purchaser of the product. The
Company’s obligation under this Warranty is limited to replacing the
product. The various components of the trampoline/enclosure are
warranted against defects and workmanship for the following time
period(s):
• Standard Trampoline Pad: 4 Months
• Ultra Trampoline Pad: 7 Months
• Deluxe Blue/Green Trampoline Pad: 7 Months
• Super Supreme Trampoline Pad: 1 Year
• Ultimate Trampoline Pad: 3 Years
• Trampoline Mats: 6 Months
• Trampoline Safety Nets: 90 Days
• Trampoline Springs: 2 Years
• Trampoline Foam Sleeves: 90 Days
• Trampoline Ladders: 90 Days.
IMPORTANT THERE IS NO WARRANTY IF THE PRODUCT YOU PURCHASED IS NOT

products for which a warranty claim is made must be received by
TrampolineAndMore. All freight, shipping and handling fees are your
responsibility to pay, both to and from TrampolineAndMore. All warranty

does not extend to any product or damage to a product caused by or

wear and tear, weathering, failure to follow directions, improper
installation, improper maintenance, or acts of Nature (such as damage
caused by wind, lightning, snow, water, or ice). Weather damage, damage
caused by unauthorized repair work or damage caused by improper use of
the products is not covered by the product warranty. No other warranty
beyond that specifically set forth above is authorized by
TrampolineAndMore.
TrampolineAndMore IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR
PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR OTHER DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ANY ECONOMIC
LOSS, LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFITS, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT OR
USE, COST OF REMOVAL, INSTALLATION OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME
STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other
rights, which vary from state to state
We will handle your return/exchange promptly as
it is received. Please allow at up to one
billing cycle from the date of the return for
credits to appear on your credit card statement.
If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly
issue a call tag*. Otherwise, all returns must be returned pre-paid. We
suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, Federal Express or insured
Parcel Post (for tracking purposes). Original shipping charges will not
be refunded unless the item is defective.
Exchange an item:
For exchange, if reason was due to
our error or factory defect, we'll reship
for free and return postage paid will be refunded as well within the
45-day period. For all other
refund reasons, only cost of the item will be refunded. Shipping cost
(both way) will not be refunded. For all other exchange reasons,
customer pays the reshipping cost and any other incurred cost of
exchanging. (e.g. difference of item cost).

Refuse Packages/Cancellation:
Any cancellation made after product ships, or refusal of a product will
incur a 20% cancellation & restocking fee. In addition, you will be
responsible for shipping costs both ways and a restocking fees 15% to
25%.
